Technically, Sandestin Golf Course homes could be in Destin as well as Miramar Beach. The Sandestin Resort area stretches from east of Destin in Okaloosa County to Miramar Beach in Walton County, Florida. Sandestin is home to four of Northwest Florida’s championship courses:
Burnt Pine Golf Course

Burnt Pine proves why course Rees Jones is one of the most respected golf course architects in the world. Paired with Sandestin’s Raven course, this is the only place in world where Rees Jones and Robert Trent Jones Jr. courses meet. Nine of this course’s golf holes offer incredible views along Choctawhatchee Bay’s coastline. One of Sandestin’s most luxurious residential areas, Burnt Pine has grand custom estate homes with spectacular scenic views across Choctawhatchee Bay, Burnt Pine Golf Club and lakefront. The Links Golf Course

Architect Tom Jackson designed The Links Course at Sandestin to be the ultimate in risk reward golf. This course takes full advantage of the gorgeous backdrop provided by the Baytowne Marina and Choctawhatchee Bay. Homeowners have a variety of choices in Golf course homes around the Links course, whether it is townhome neighborhoods such as the Fairways or Vantage Point, or if it is a detached home in Linkside Village.
Raven Golf Course

Raven Golf Course has hosted the Boeing Championship on the PGA Championship tour. This course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., is masterfully carved marshes and pine groves.
One of Sandestin’s newest communities, Genoa, winds alongside the Raven course. Homeowners in Genoa enjoy a convenient location just off Baytowne Avenue and outstanding views of the Raven Golf Course and Genoa Lake. The community has homes are under construction or planned to begin construction. Buying early enough lets the homebuyer customize their new home’s colors and features.
Laurel Grove is a charming cottage community surrounded by four spectacular holes of the award-winning Raven Golf Club. This neighborhood is dotted with sparkling lakes and surrounded by beautiful Pines and Magnolias. It features a community club house, swimming pool, jacuzzi tub and activities lawn.
Baytowne Golf Course

With a routing that takes guests from the beach to the bay, and boasts some of the only elevation change in the area, Baytowne Golf Club is as forgiving from the forward tees as it is challenging from the championship ones. Two well-known neighborhoods at Baytowne course are Turnberry, a townhome community nestled lakeside or Magnolia Bay, a neighborhood of homes located within walking distance to tennis, the marina, and the village at Baytowne wharf with its shopping, dining, and entertainment. There is a private pool for use by Turnerry and Magnolia Bay owners.
Another Baytowne Course community is The Fountains. This neighborhood of Mediterranean style villas is perfectly located for a short stroll to many Sandestin amenities, including The Village of Baytowne Wharf, Marina, Tennis Center and Jolee Island Nature Preserve
